Columbus Housing Authority

Land Bank Board of Trustees
Meetings: First Wednesday of each month at 4:30 PM at City Hall.
The Columbus Land Bank is responsible for the acquisition of abandoned, tax-foreclosed, or otherwise under-utilized land properties within the city limits. The Land Bank is dedicated to restoring these properties to productive use.

Planning Commission
Meetings: 4th Wednesday of each month at 5:30 PM at City Hall.
The Columbus Planning Commission oversees land use, zoning, and has oversight of the city’s Comprehensive Plan. This Board was re-established via Ordinance in 2022. Planning Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council.
